From time to time you may want to change your password.

This can be done via the web portal.

Go to:

Login using your credentials - Your email address and the password that was issued when LiveDrive was installed.
If you have forgotten your password, please read the article on How to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Then select the Account option on the menu on the left.  On mobile, the menu will be 3 horizontal lines

You will then be able to change your password by entering your current password, and your new one in the New Password and Confirm Password Fields.  Then click update password.

Once you do this, all devices using an app or LiveDrive client software will fail to authenticate, and you will be prompted to login.

Simply update your password, and click Login.
