From within your Livedrive Business Account Admin Portal, one is able to (via the "Computers tab") view a list of the computers that have the Livedrive desktop software installed,


By clicking on the link in the "Users column, one can view the users using Livedrive and their backup status on that computer.




Via the "Users" tab, one is able to specify how many computers a user may install the Livedrive desktop on.



One is also able to enable the Backup and Briefcase features for a user, in addition to sizing the Quota in GB for each.



Via the "Advanced Options" found on the "Users" tab, one is able to specify if a user is able to use the Livedrive desktop client.
